The restaurant itself. Exterior walls, signs and stations are all upgraded from here as progression unlocks them.

Buys cooking ingredients. The assortment expands as you progress, so an ingredient that is missing early often appears later.

Plates, glasses, delivery bags and work supplies appear here as the matching systems unlock.

New tables, stations and other cafe upgrades are bought on a trip out rather than from the cafe itself.

Where: Uphill in town — co-op footage jokes about how easy it is to walk straight past

Records change the music your cafe plays through the record player.

Drinks served to guests, and the item some NPC interactions ask for.

Ice cream. At least one NPC quest asks you to bring ice cream as the requested item.

Steam describes nearby wineries and farms as places to visit for opportunities and cafe improvements. Update 1.0.7 added a cellar door, so you can now walk between the cafe and the cellar — in multiplayer too.

Since update 1.0.7 (Sep 24) new dishes are unlocked by buying them inside the Recipe Book, not by reputation level. The patch notes do not publish prices — the purchase window shows the live price for each dish in-game.

The order board (1.0.4) shows current orders without leaving the counter; the warehouse UI (1.0.5) shows exact stored quantities.

Level 1 and Level 2 fish cleaning stations plus the Level 2 mixing station; the 1.0.6 hotfix added hints and improved their interaction.

Delivery bags come from cafe supplies. Deliveries can misbehave if you keep a dish on the dine-in menu — check the menu before blaming the route.

Where: Coastal rocks — follow the Oyster Diving objective before you go in the water

Unlocks at restaurant level 9, and it is a separate unlock from fishing.

Unlocks at restaurant level 20. A full-release playthrough states the level; it does not come with oyster diving.

Where: All along the coast, on elevated walkways, around town, and on the seabed for the rarest

A collectible set with a Collection Book you open with the O key. The tutorial says the rarest coins may be on the sea floor.
