Verified town services

  • Grocery Shop: buys cooking ingredients; its assortment expands with progression.
  • Cafe Supplies / Tableware: plates, glasses, delivery bags and work supplies appear here as systems unlock.
  • Furniture / equipment shopping: players travel to purchase new tables, stations and other cafe upgrades.
  • Vinyl Record Shop: uphill in town; records change the cafe music through the record player.
  • Wine stall / wine shopping: used for drinks served to guests and some NPC interactions.
  • Gelato stand: the player can buy ice cream; one NPC quest specifically uses ice cream as the requested item.

Official exploration locations

Steam also describes nearby wineries and farms as places to visit for opportunities and cafe improvements.

Quick orientation

The routes below come straight from full-release gameplay, so you know which part of town to head for:

Orientation sketch

  • The cafe sits on the waterfront promenade.
  • The Vinyl Record Shop is uphill in town (co-op players in the footage joke about how easy it is to miss).
  • Oyster Diving and many Ancient Coins are around the coastal rocks — follow the Oyster Diving objective before you go in the water.

The sketch shows relative directions only; it is not to scale.

Version 1.0.4 (Sep 3)

Official notes: shops now have an order board so you can see current orders without leaving the counter. Hold Shift to bulk-buy. If you clip into a stall, use Get Unstuck in the pause menu.

Version 1.0.5 (Sep 4)

Official hotfix: warehouse UI now shows the exact quantity of stored products. The shop gained multi-tab navigation. Bait quest marker fixed. French localization fixes.

Version 1.0.6 (Sep 10)

Official hotfix. New customization materials for the cafe’s exterior walls, an improved sign and sign editor, and a new quest that introduces the order board to players who had not found it. The Level 1 and Level 2 fish cleaning stations gained hints, Level 2 mixing station interaction was improved, the cappuccino material was updated, and the oyster shucking and fish cleaning station visuals were refined.

Fixes that matter: the delivery van no longer refuses to leave, the water tank state after using a full watering can is correct, delivery now works properly while a perk is active, and you can no longer collect the same delivery order twice.

Version 1.0.7 (Sep 24)

Official notes, shop and map relevant:

  • Recipe purchases: new dishes are now unlocked by buying them from the Recipe Book — full breakdown in All Recipes & Ingredients.
  • Winery cellar door: you can now move between the cafe and the cellar through a door, including in multiplayer.
  • Parking: up to 3 purchased Vespas can be parked.
  • Shopping: basket capacity is restored to 200 items — handy with the Shift bulk-buy shortcut added in 1.0.4.
  • Workstations: an auto-cycle setting was added.
  • Movement fixes: no more sliding around in the vineyards, and the player no longer gets stuck on the way to the furniture store.
  • Signboard fixes: elements from other sections are no longer displayed, text purchases are counted correctly after deleting text in the same slot, and the Buy button is disabled when no text is selected.
  • Items no longer disappear from tables, and the effect on items placed on a table now appears instantly.

Version 1.0.8 (Sep 25)

Official hotfix, shop and interaction relevant:

  • The bucket can be placed under the press again.
  • You can no longer sell a trash can while another player is actively throwing trash into it.
  • A warning message now appears when you try to interact with a wall that another player is currently customizing.
  • Dirt at the main entrance can now be cleaned.
  • Held items no longer shake or jitter when exiting the water.
  • Level-up windows got UI layout fixes, and the pause menu no longer opens on top of the confirmation window.

Version 1.0.9 (Oct 8)

A content update rather than a hotfix, and it adds the biggest new area since launch:

  • City Map — a brand-new city area is now available to explore. Treat the services and shops you already verified in town as unchanged until they are checked in the new area; nothing in the patch notes lists city-specific vendors.
  • Order pools were refreshed for both guests and deliveries, and the Guest Orders window was reworked for readability.
  • Build Mode now shows item names on hover, which makes decorating and shop layout work less guesswork.
  • Fixes: auto-oil pouring, the General Controls window layout in Settings, audio tweaks and localization corrections.
